Skills & Experience

Experienced Property Manager

  • Great support with Property Management Administrators and Accounts that will help with taking care of the Trust Accounting as well as helping with your PM administration duties including but not limited to applications, lease renewals, bonds etc.
  • Use of Company Car (must have a current Australian drivers licence)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of the Property Portfolio, including but not limited to;
  • Meeting KPI Targets
  • Establish, build and maintain landlord, tenant, client and contractor relationships
  • Organise Repairs and Maintenance
  • Open homes, Inspections, Routine Inspections, Condition reports and Vacating or Final inspections
  • Prepare, lodge and present applications to QCAT
  • Lease renewals, rent reviews, new leases
  • After hours Emergency contact for your own portfolio
  • If required, attend to clients insurance claims and payments

We’re seeking a Property Manager with the following:

  • Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • 2+ Years experience as a portfolio Property Manager
  • Current Australian drivers licence
  • Highly organised with amazing communication and time management skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively in both a verbal and written format.
  • A high commitment to customer service
  • Comprehensive experience with Console
  • Mature attitude, punctuality, honesty and loyalty to clients and your team
  • Ability to work autonomously and must be a go-getter
  • Be able to work rotating weekends when/if required
